A participatory planning initiative was conducted in one village to identify development needs. Community members actively participated in discussions. Plans were created for resource management and livelihood improvement. The initiative strengthened Gram Sabha engagement. Local leadership was encouraged and developed. The process ensured ownership of development plans. The activity was implemented in Jharkhand.
