Our work ensures land security, reduces disputes, and builds self-reliant communities across Palamu and Garhwa districts of Jharkhand.

Founded in 2021, Integrated Livelihood Development Center focuses on empowering Adivasi and marginalized communities through land rights, governance, and sustainable livelihoods. The organization works on natural resource management, entitlement access, and leadership development at the grassroots level. ILDC follows a community-driven and inclusive approach, ensuring participation from local stakeholders. Our values are rooted in equality, transparency, and sustainability. We collaborate with institutions and partners to strengthen impact. Since inception, we have impacted over 1,000 beneficiaries. Our work is currently focused across Palamu and Garhwa districts of Jharkhand.

Village Development Planning

A participatory planning initiative was conducted in one village to identify development needs. Community members actively participated in discussions.
